How to use this Store
This website works like many other online store sites, using an account / cart / checkout procedure to do your online shopping.
Setting up an Account for the first time
Before you can go shopping you will need setup an account with hoseonline (if you havent already done so). Click on the "My Account" at the top right of the page then select the "Continue" button on the "I am a new customer". Fill out your details and dont forget to keep track of your password.
Returning to website after setting up an account
If you have already setup an account, all you need to do is to click on the "My Account" button at the top right hand side of the page and enter your email address and password to access your previous shopping cart and account details.
My Account
After you have logged into the system you can view open / previous orders, change your account details and subscribe / unsubscribe to our newsletters via the "My Account" button.
Site Navigation
HoseOnline can be navigated in two ways: via the navigational menu on the left hand side of the page or through the search / advanced search page above the navigational menu. By clicking back and forth on the Links on the navigational menu, you enter the main categories and subcategories associated with its parent. As you drill up and down through the categories you will see icon representations in the middle of the screen representing further categories or products that can be viewed / purchased.
Search / Advanced Search
By typing keywords into the search box above the navigational menu you will be able to narrow down products that contain your keywords within the products name.
If you use the "advanced search" button you will be able to further narrow down your search to include such parameters like "product type", "primary use", "inside diameter" etc.
Adding Items to a Cart
To purchase items you need to add them to your shopping Cart. When you are viewing products click on the "Add to Cart" button then adjust further parameters including quantity if required.
Checkout
When you are ready to complete your shopping you need to click on the Checkout button. Here you will be asked for your shipping details, payment method and to confirm your order and totals to finalise your purchase. |
